Philadelphia Distillery is earning it’s keep by producing some of the finest & most talked about spirits in years.
They make the ever-popular Bluecoat Gin which uses organic citrus peels, berries & botanicals, and the first legal Absinthe produced on the East Coast in nearly a century!
Did I mention the Penn 1681 Vodka that is produced with local Pennsylvania Rye?
The dinner will consist of three farm-to-table dishes from Chef Michael, pairings by Manager Steve & words of wisdom from Meridith of the Distillery.
